WinContact Us
WinFulltime publishes free football predictions, head-to-head records, statistical analysis and betting guides. This page explains who reads your message, how quickly you will get a reply, and what happens to the information you send us.
Reporting a data error
Statistics on this site are pulled from structured match data and occasionally a feed is wrong, incomplete, or mapped to the wrong fixture. If you spot an error, we want to know and we will fix it.
When you report an error, it helps enormously if your message includes:
- The exact page URL, which appears in your browser address bar.
- The specific figure or team name you believe is wrong.
- What the correct value should be, and where you saw it, if you can say.
- A screenshot, if the page looked wrong rather than just reading oddly.
Corrections are made directly on the page. Our pages are regenerated from a cached copy of the upstream match feed, so we correct that cache too, which keeps the fix in place across rebuilds. The cache is refreshed from the feed daily, so if the upstream source itself is wrong the error can reappear until it is fixed at source. If a figure you reported reverts, tell us again and we will chase it upstream.
We do not remove pages because they carry a losing prediction; a prediction being wrong is not a data error.
For the wider standard we apply to accuracy, sourcing and independence, see our Editorial Policy.
Working with us
WinFulltime is operated independently and is not affiliated with any bookmaker. We take advertising and affiliate partnerships, but no advertiser influences which fixtures we cover, what we predict, or how we rate a selection. If a partner relationship ever affected our output, that would breach the independence commitment in our Editorial Policy.
For commercial enquiries, including advertising and data partnerships, please use the same address and put Commercial at the start of your subject line so it reaches the right queue.
WinFulltime provides analytical and entertainment information only. Nothing on this site is betting advice, and no prediction is a guarantee of any outcome. Football accumulators carry real risk of loss. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose, and if gambling is affecting your life, seek support in your country.
